ALTA LIC
Andre Kikoski Architect designed the public and amenity spaces at ALTA LIC. The abundant amenity catalog includes multiple indoor and outdoor lounges, two rooftop sundecks, an outdoor movie theatre, communal working and event spaces, sun-drenched indoor lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga/movement studio, an 18-hole Golf Simulator Lounge, and the Pet Club with a rooftop dog run. All with the New York City skyline as a backdrop.

House 39
Designed by Handel Architects with interiors by Rockwell Group, the 297-unit residential rental tower, House 39, features a curved southern façade with large glass bays and vertical stripes of shadow box units that create a random pattern. Horizontal and vertical white spandrel panels frame and define these glazing zones throughout the facade.

111 Murray Street
Designed by David Rockwell, and spanning over 20,000 square feet, the amenities at 111 Murray Street feature several distinct spaces that flow naturally into one another and evolve throughout the day. A sprawling lounge with 15-foot ceilings, plush seating and an oversized stone and steel fireplace overlooks a dramatic water wall and reflecting pool.
