Some 15 years ago, Miles Redd met David Kaihoi when Kaihoi was working as an art installer. Now, as the duo closes in on 11 years working together, Miles Redd and David Kaihoi’s admiration and respect for one another is palpable, consisting of much more than a “bromance.” Redd is officially naming Kaihoi partner at the firm, whose name will be updated accordingly to Redd & Kaihoi.
They complete each other, with the design´s they try unexpectedness of classical architecture carved into geological forms. Kaihoi tries to capture that sense of the unexpected in his work.
