Today is a Black Friday and everybody go shopping, therefore I want to share with you one of my favorite store on 5th avenue, which was opened in August, 2014. This is VALENTINO’S NEW STORE.
The 20.000 square feet flagship continues the innovative store concept developed by Creative Directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, together with established architect David Chipperfield.
Enjoy the outstanding store interior design and the latest collection from the great fashion designer Valentino Garavani.
At the entrance, a double-height space houses a monolithic staircase made of palladiana. Each space offers a distinct atmosphere generated by a custom palette of colours, textures, and lights The architecture is designed to complement the pieces on display, making use of a range of materials (grey Venetian terrazzo with Carrara chippings, timber, marble, leather, carpet and carbon fibre) subdued in colour to focus attention on the collections and also evoke a sense of intimacy. Look gorgeous with Valentino and have a nice shopping:)
