Celebrating its 100th anniversary, McCann seized the opportunity to renovate its five-story New York headquarters and refresh its image as one of the advertising industry’s premier agencies. Shedding its previous overly corporate appearance, the revitalized space includes a double-height reception area that rivals the city’s trendiest hotel lobbies. An open-plan layout consolidates and increases workplace efficiency, while maximizing natural light and stunning Midtown views. The working areas are divided into zones, Central Park: a natural, informal and flexible area favouring communication and openness; and the Science lab: an efficient, high-tech area – a symbol of future profitability. There is also an Apartment and Lounge, a Ballroom and finally, the Library, each providing a unique way of working. What do you think about this amazing office design? Are you dreaming to work in such extraordinary ambience?
