GRAMERCY DESIGN: RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN NEW YORK

Gramercy Design launched in 2015 as a boutique design studio providing architecture, interior architecture, interior design, and bespoke furniture design and build services for residential and commercial projects.

Gramercy Design was founded by Kyle O’Donnell in 2015 after completing a renovation for Jimmy Fallon near Gramercy Park. We believe in creating unique environments that reflect their clients’ personalities and lifestyles in the built form.

In undertaking projects in Los Angeles, New York, the East End of Long Island and the Hudson Valley, Gramercy Design has worked with clients in film, television, theater, and finance to create beautiful homes noted for their unique, creative and especially thoughtful design. Each project tells its own special story, in some cases drawing from the structure’s historical past but more importantly a story that has meaning and speaks to the core values and wishes of its owner.
