THE UPPER EAST

In this project, the client’s requirement was to create a space that is comfortable, welcoming and elegant. Color schemes that were focused on were light grays, creams and whites. Anastasios Interiors offset the look by adding some rustic furniture, providing a warm contrast to balance the classical elegance of this 1-bedroom apartment, making it friendlier and more usable.

GRECA

Anastasios Interiors decided to design Greca in such a way that they would be able to incorporate existing structural conditions into the interior design, without undergoing extensive construction work. Exposed pipes, concrete foundation columns and floors were the structural elements they had to work with, and the perfect canvas to create an industrial space with a mix of rustic elements. The concept was to create a bohemian, fresh, Mediterranean oasis in a space that functioned as a café / bakery during the day and an exotic, upbeat lounge, in the evening.

ONIRO TAVERNA

Oniro Taverna, in Greek, means Dream tavern. Thus, Anastasios Interiors was inspired to create a dreamlike, Mediterranean oasis with a nautical theme in the summer and a lodge-type escape for the winter. They believe that changing the decor of the restaurant according to the season enhanced the comfort and joy of the guests, transporting them to a different setting that compliments the current season. The entrance welcomes you with beautiful Mediterranean-inspired tile in light blues, whites and grays throughout. This leads you to the bar which is accentuated with lights above the counter in a brass nautical theme and pebble stones covering its facade, exuding the vibe of a beach resort.

THE GREEK

The Greek Tribeca has quickly established itself as a destination restaurant in Manhattan, with a loyal following among its neighbors. The landmark building and surroundings inspired a connection to the Mediterranean villas of the Greek Peloponessos. The materials, textures, and colors inspired by the medieval castle at Monemvasia (the Gibraltar of Greece) blend seamlessly into the cobblestone streets and warehouse lofts of ultra-chic Tribeca. Anastasios Interiors consulted on every detail of the restaurant to create an immersive experience with the interior design concept for this project.

THE UPPER WEST

The goal of this project was to redesign the entire space, making it both comfortable for everyday living, and put together for entertaining guests. The owners wanted to be able to host people during the holidays and other family gatherings in a space that was warm, welcoming and reflected the styles of the couple.

PRIME

PRIME is situated in an upscale neighborhood in Rosyln, New York. It sits next to the Americana Mall, multiple boutiques, high-end furniture stores, luxury car dealerships and restaurants. Anastasios Interiors’ goal was to create a sophisticated, intimate, luxurious dining location, that captured both the elegance of the neighborhood and the distinctive feel of a steak house. What they wanted to achieve with the design process was a classic, Italian-inspired, look with a touch of old-school charm. A bold rich look that would fit the concept of a traditional Italian steak house, conveying both the colors and flavors of Italian cuisine.
